Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 1440p AAA games

Other details : I have the following parts (in bold) and am looking to build a new PC with those and your suggested parts. Basically, what should I buy as far as CPU, motherboard etc. to complete this build for 400-500 dollars?

 

CPU: already have another AMD system but not opposed to intel

CPU cooler: no preference 

Motherboard: would prefer smaller such as micro ATX

Memory: DDR4 hyper x fury 3200 16GB kit

Storage: has to be SSD 

GPU: RTX 3060 ti

Case: already have a random HP case

PSU: dose not need to be modular

No RGB needs

already have a monitor and peripherals

also will need an OS but I for now I'll leave it out of the overall build price budget

 

Also fine with buying used parts
