laptop recommendations strong but lightweight

hey everyone im trying to look for a laptop that is strong enough to run multiple visual studios and vms 

and is also relatively portable so around 14inch to be on the go and light and with a decent battery

the budget is around 2.5k top 3k

i was thinking about the Lenovo yoga 9 pro but i cant decide if it would be good for my requirements

I was looking for the same thing, and found ASUS ExpertBook B9 OLED (B9403) to fit my needs perfectly.
