Is SATAexpress is included? Or just SATA? 
and you are not talking about some optane SATA, or  kioxia, HP etc. enterprise SATA SSD, just normal consumer SATA III on TLC nand 2.5" 7mm SSD? 

no chia pSLC SSD etc? 
 

if normal SATA, the Samsung 870 evo, and MX500 in 4TB variants. 
 

ps. The best one from consumer side, will be probably Samsung 860 PRO 4TB, but it’s very hard to get, and expensive.

That’s an m.2 not SATA - OP asked for a sata drive 🙂
