Water cooling?

To be honest. AIO coolers don't really beat air coolers. I've seen AIOs and air cooler benchmarks, and honestly, the AIOs fail to keep the CPU cooler than an air cooler.

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

I would grab a good pair of static pressure fans. No need to add a $100 dollar cpu cooler.

Also, unless you're doing major editing, a 4670k will give you very similar performance to the 4770k at a much cheaper price.

Lets just say what is your budget for a cpu cooler? I'm assuming that it's the same price tag as the h100i. So $100 dollars.

I would recommend using a single NF-F12, quite a good fan for heatsinks and radiators.
