Mic interface with zero latency sidetone within Windows?

So I have a XLR mic and I'm looking to get an interface to upgrade from my Shure MVi Digital. I've always used my SteelSeries Arctis 7s with the small puck that allowed for audio in/out so I was able to run a 3.5 headphone jack from the Shure MVi to the puck to have side tone. 

I now have the Nova 7s with just the USB-C dongle so I can't have side tone anymore. I've had the Nova pros with the large dac and tried the same thing, but the way the audio settings are controlled, I have to have windows sounds at 90/100 in order to have side tone but I would go deaf lol...

Any mic XLR interfaces that have a program to always have side tone through windows directly? I want to avoid using a wired headset again.. Any suggestions would be great.

The built in Windows mic monitoring is trash and has bad latency...
