Good gpu for 900-1100$

What is the best gpu for gaming that costs 1100$ or less and is pretty future proof?

7900 XTX or 4080 Super, where the 7900 XTX wins in non-RT games and the 4080 Super wins in RT games. Since the 4080 Super is hit or miss for whether you can get it for <$1100 US due to stock issues, the 7900 XTX wins by default.

Almost certainly yes. If you play a lot of games with ray tracing and can find a 4080 Super for MSRP, it makes sense, but otherwise the 7900 XTX is the best pick.
