Testing ATX 12VO power supplies?

I've got a new(er) desktop here, that I've tracked the error down to what I believe is the power supply, anyone got a tool you can just plug the cables into for a quick test?  Like the ones for the more traditional PSU's?

 

Instructions for which lines to hit with the multimeter? I've not been able to find anything (yet) on testing these things.

Bridge the PS_ON pin to ground with something conductive like a paper clip or wire and then use a multimeter to test the 12V.

It's really only going to tell you if the PSU switches on and provides power though.

 

Do you actually have an ATX12VO power supply or is it some proprietary 12V power supply?
