DELL Inspiron not turning on

It's not really turning on, the battery is fine, this has happened before. Fixing it is not absolutely necessary, its kinda trash with like 2 cores and is like 5 years old, but I might be able to sell it or something so help guys

 

Also it is 2 in 1 w tablet mode which probably damaged it 😅
