Is SilverStone VIVA 650W 80+ BRONZE a good PSU?

I have been trying to buy and build a new pc and I don't know much about psus. Could you tell me if this is a good psu?

Speculative C Tier according to Cultist Network's PSU Tier List. Approach with a lot of other reviews (actual ones with PSU tester, not just buildability review or unboxings), or consider other units.

My build list is currently:

 

Cpu: Ryzen 5 5600

Mobo: Msi B550-A Pro

Ram: DDR4 Adata XPG SPECTRIX D50 2x8GB 3600Mhz

Gpu: Zotac RTX 3060 Ti

Ssd: Crucial P3 Plus 1Tb M.2

Case: Cooler Master CMP 520

PSU: Silver Stone VIVA 650w 80+ BRONZE

Cpu Cooler: DeepCool AK400 Zero Dark

Extra Fan(Case): Cooler Master MF120 Halo

 

(I am new)

So could this psu be good enough for this build?

Man, a lot of misguided and outdated spending, this build is 4 years old at this point. I think id rather start from scratch, im giving you permission to tag me on a new builds and planning post youll post, because itll make things easier for everyone else to help to build a better PC for your budget than this.
