Fan connection to motherboard

Schnee_W0lf

I recently built a mostly new PC and got the AURA GC1 case from Gamdias, but when I wanted to connect the preinstalled fans to the motherboard so that I could control them I found no PWM cable on it. The fans were daisychained together and ended with a cable end that I don't recognize, I will post an image to show what I mean. There is a SATA connection for fan power and an aRGB which I connected to their relevant connection points. All the fans are working just fine and I can change the colours with a button on the front of the case, but I want to know how to control the fan speeds because they are not connected via a PWM header, they do not show up in bios at all and I can't do anything to change their speed. I want to know if it is possible to buy an adapter that goes onto the end of that unidentifiable (to me) cable and connect it to a PWM header on the motherboard or do I have to buy a new case if I want to have fans that I can control.

that is a 4pin JST,  ARGB makes that does not follow the standard often use this, but then in a 3pin variant,

it can ofc be a normal old RGB

Contact Gamdias and ask about connecting them to the mobo so that they can be controlled...

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂
