WD Green SSD dying after 400 hours of use. Could this be a Crystal disk error?

This WD Green SATA SSD was new and I put it in an older PC that has am3 which I use mainly for Netflix and learning java. My kids have used it for Roblox as it can run simple games but it's very lightly used. I think the disk might even be under warranty, but I'm curious as to whether this report is real or some sort of glitch. Hope someone more knowledgeable can weigh in. Thanks!

Was Trim disabled? Was the SSD full?

What do the WD tool and Hard Disk sentinel say?

The SSD should be about 3/4 empty, as I just cleaned out most media from the PC. I don't know what Trim is lol but googling it now. And I haven't used the WD tool. Will download it now, thanks for your help!

TRIM is a command issued out by the OS that makes the SSD aware of stale data blocks that it can remove as part of its garbage collection. W7 and above enable it by default.

 

CDI is using SMART data from the SSD, so I don't think it's an error. However, I would certainly reference other tools if in doubt.

Can you post all smart attributes, not just some of them, and change the raw value to hex, as some values, like that E6 looks like a compound value, and cdi is clearly reading it wrong. 

 

average P/E is at 9, and THW is at 2.6TB so it’s not used heavy.
