Budget Laptop (UK)

Is anyone able to recommend a good budget laptop in the UK. My budget would be £500-£900.

I'm looking something that feels premium but doesn't need to have beefy specs.

The addition of thunderbolt would be wonderful but not a deal breaker.

Ideally it would be able to last me a long time, like my last one did ( 6 years )

Please add some more infos:

What do you want to use it for?

Screen size?

Moving around a lot (light) or mostly staying at one spot (weight doesnt matter)?

Have you had a look at Chuwi?

Something like this:

https://store.chuwi.com/products/corebook-x-i5-1235u

For the price they seem pretty well equipped and LTT did make a video a few months ago:

Seemed from that video to be a strong budget laptop with one of the main downsides being battery life but depending on your use case that might not be a huge issue.

Obviously the bigger name brands also run discounts regularly so could just be worth waiting to see what comes up in the next few months if Chuwi aren't a viable option.

Apologies,

Ideally it would be 15"

It would be used just for standard office tasks ( office 365, web tasks, etc )

Ideally thin and light but it doesn't really matter
