Have you tried reseating the GPU?

Someone had this question a few days ago and reseating did the trick 🙂

Obviously might not be a fix for you but its worth a shot.

Are you using the display ports on the rear of the graphics card, or on the motherboard?

 

Where have you downloaded the drivers from? Since the 4080 Super is very new and might be unknown to older drivers.

I did install the drivers before, Im getting it from nvidia
