Have you tried reseating the GPU?

Someone had this question a few days ago and reseating did the trick

Obviously might not be a fix for you but its worth a shot.

I was also having ram problems too because for some reason picture wouldnt show with 2 rams in until i updated bios

I was having problems with ram where display wouldnt show with 2 ram slots and I had to update bios to fix it

Are you using the display ports on the rear of the graphics card, or on the motherboard?

 

Where have you downloaded the drivers from? Since the 4080 Super is very new and might be unknown to older drivers.

I did install the drivers before, Im getting it from nvidia

when I reinstalled windows everything screwed up

I think when i put both ram slots in, for some reason my gpu stopped working

fixed it somehow cable wasnt in all the way
