PC restart all of a sudden

I have been facing this problem (sudden PC restart) for quite some time. The problem of restarting takes place all of a sudden and not in an organized order. Most of the time during light works or in idle mode. Not during playing games or working on Premier Pro or After Effects. After taking a restart, the PC slows a msg (default performance tuning settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure).

 

What should I do to resolve this problem?

 

My PC specs:

 

R5 3600x

B450 Asus Mobo

32 GB DDR4 RAM (Run memtest and found no error)

Powercolor RX 6600xt

Corsair TX650 PSU

3 HDD

2 SSD

Are you at stock settings ? if not, try it for a while (Ram too)

How is the health of your SSDs ? use CrystalDiskInfo for example

You could replug and reseat everything

Is your system up to date ? windows, bios, driver
