Either of those gpu's will work fine with that motherboard.

 is the  PRIME B660M-A D4 compatible with 1050ti, i want to change later the 1050ti for a 3060 but idk if the motherboard will accept my current gpu

Any motherboard with a long-enough PCIe slot is compatible with any PCIe GPU, assuming your power supply has enough wattage and any necessary connectors.
