ENGLISH XCode 15.2 Failed to launch app "AppName.app" in reasonable time with no Previews

How do I fix this? Ive tried everything everywhere that I can find and nothing is working. The one time I got it to go away I had to reinstall the entire app and it worked up until I tried to launch a simulation.
