PC build for 3D siming, and game dev. I need help

Budget (including currency): 2.200$ to 3.000$ budget. willing to go higher if needed, this is 300t to 400t in isk currency

Country: Iceland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I work a lot in 3D. I do simulations in Houdini, and I also do games/Renders in Unreal5. other software I use are, Maya, Arnold, Substance, DaVinci, Zbrush, PS.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I don't have any existing parts, I have peripherals (mouse, keyboard, mic). I have 1 monitor and 1 drawing tablet, both 1080P. I plan on getting 1 more monitor in the future, but not at the moment. I don't need an OS.
Why upgrade? I have a Laptop from 2019. it can't handle heavy siming, it crashes a lot when working in UE5, and it bluescreens a lot in UE5. I think I need a more powerful computer now. and I am willing to upgrade. I am In school and I wanted to be able to work from home since I live an hour away from it, and gas is expensive. we do have computers at school that we can use there, so I don't need another laptop.

This is the build made. there is some compatibility issue, but I do not know how to solve it😅

Yes, if you need it and you can really stretch your budget (and your work benefits from a 4090) then get the second one. Otherwise get the first one. I made the first one the same price as the list you provided. If you need any tips just quote, dm or mention me

I’m not very experienced in that field but if it’s 3D modelling you’re talking about then yes

I was told to look at this, and build from that.

The 4000D includes a single 120mm front intake fan and a single 120mm rear exhaust fan. The Focus 2 includes 2x140mm front intake fans ... meaning all it requires is a 120mm rear exhaust fan.

Move one the exhaust fan that comes with the 4000D and it's got 2 intake 120mm front fans and just needs a 120mm rear exhaust fan.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

😄 better yet, get a case with two front intake and one exhaust.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
