Is the Thermaltake Smart BM3 a good psu?

Pxrasite

I'm wondering if this PSU is good for my upcoming build. Also wondering if i should get the 750w unit, or save money with the 650w unit? This is my first time building a PC.

Here's my parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3mYP7R

But regarding the PSU I wouldn't get it for that price. I'd spend $20 more and get a thermaltake GF1 (like the one in my build). Btw, never underspend on the psu
