Lower-than ambient temps on asrock b650m pg lightning matx motherboard

quick question, 

 

Both Speccy and HWMonitor are reporting a temperature of 12-13 degrees celcius, which is below ambient temperature (believe it or not, my house is not 12 degrees). so, is this normal, or should I be worried? Does anybody else have this phenomenon?

Edit: room temp is a chilly 14 degrees, just turned on the heater

Don't use either of these monitoring apps, use hwinfo64, these are both normally inaccurate
