the two hubs you listed run off of sata power, which is standard across most power supplies

i want to put 2 hubs and one controller in my case, does my psu have the right cables/ports to do this?

Yes, you need 2 sata power connectors for the hubs (1 for each), and a Molex connector for the controller.
