Audio Stuttering with Wireless headphones

I built a new pc and my wireless headphones, anker q45, have are stuttering and sometimes cutting off with audio. I have all updated drivers and have tried reinstalling windows. It works on my lenovo laptop fine as well as my phone. 
Specs:

i7 14700kf
Hellhound 7900xt
MSI PRO z790-A WIFI
Arctic Liquid Freezer ii 360mm
Acer Predator 2tb

NZXT h7 Flow rgb

g.Skill trident z5 2x16gb

MSI a1000g
Windows 11 Home 64 bit
Bios: 7E07vA8 (latest)

Do you have the WiFi/Bluetooth antennas installed?
