Prime Video 4K not grabbing on Ipad Pro M2

Amazon prime video is not able to grab 4K or even 1080p HDR content on ipad pro M2 12.9" model....

It's a new model from apple store and it's pretty annnoying to be stuck with 1080p SDR content on a pretty decent display like this one

Any fixes ot work arounds ?????

and I've already tried downloading, that's not working either

@Spirit2734 are you using the Prime video iOS app or a web browser?

According to the Prime Video website, both Windows and MacOS devices are limited to HD streaming quality.

As a working adult, I want to pay content creators for content, but also... Gabe Newell was right over 10 years ago. I'm still patiently awaiting a singular media service that lets me consume media (music, movies, tv shows, etc.) when I want, where I want, how I want, on the devices I want.

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, RTX2060) Mobile: OnePlus 5T | Koodo - 75GB Data + Data Rollover for $45/month
Laptop: Dell XPS 15 9560 (the real 15" MacBook Pro that Apple didn't make) Tablet: iPad Mini 5 | Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 10.1
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 | Panasonic TS20D Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)

so, it's better to just "definetly legally aquire" the episode files through "specific sources" ???

That I cannot advise you on. All I'll say is now that I'm an adult, I try my hardest to pay for content I enjoy. How I acquire that content is sometimes another story entirely. Make of that what you will. And to any service providers reading this: do better; be better.
