low profile gpu Low profile card recommendations

I was looking for some recommendations for some low profile gpus for a Kodi htpc build I have. I was thinking either a gt 1030 or Rx 550 but anything under $100 is ok by me as long as it can output 4k. Mostly gonna be local file play with some streaming.

Wx4100 is basically a RX 560 with 4 GB GDDR5  so it would be a valid alternative.

 

Downside is they come with 4 mini displayport outputs, so you'd also need a cable with mini displayport

I'll probably end up getting the 2100 since graphics power isn't that big a concern and I can find those cheaper.
