Anyone else experienced this?  I was playing BF4, and I the game was sticking, with sounds making that stuck repeat noise, and the screen likewise, it sometimes was unplayable some times not, but as soon as I turned off Shadowplay it seems to have gone away.

GTX 760.

Yes.

And I am getting about 80 FPS most of the time, and when this happens my framerate counter doesn't change, it freezes with the rest of my screen, and then is normal when the rest of the screen is normal.

Is there any space on the storage HD, and is it fragmented?

Does it happen in one game or all games?

You can try updating to beta drivers, but idk if that will be any help...

Shadowplay works perfectly for me :/

I have beta drivers.  I have only tested BF3, and it happens just a tiny bit not very often, if it wasn't happening in BF4, I would think it was just some lag.

25GB and it is an SSD, so I believe it doesn't fragment.  Am I wrong?

Nope there shouldn't be any issues, bandwidth or otherwise, on an SSD.

Shadowplay is really weird for me... It lags in Diablo 3 but does fine in Titanfall. Is it just Battlefield? Did you try different graphical settings for Battlefield?

Settings wise, yes, same result. In terms of other games, I haven't done lots of testing, it is minimal in Bf3, but it is worse but not as bad as bf4 in Crysis 2. Which kind if leads me to believe something is bottlenecking maybe due to a problem in shadowplay which is only an issue for games that are hard to run. I noticed my 8gb ram is always at 20% usage when idle, (1.5gb) is that normal, could I be running out of ram?

It's doubtful you're running out of RAM, I have 10 gigs and idle at 2GB usage. I think some programs believe unused RAM is wasted RAM.

Still, try it on a less demanding game like Starcraft (there's a free demo for it) or an older Call of Duty. Crysis 2 and Battlefield 3/4 aren't exactly low spec games. If less demanding ones are fine, it's probably just your 760 not being powerful enough to do both. You might also try Fraps, Bandicam, Dxtory, or OpenBroadcast. If those don't lag then it might be safe to say it's a problem with Shadowplay.

my games stutter when i save recording but that's because i use a HDD. but since you are using an SSD..... no idea
