Trouble with cpu power port

Go to solution Solved by Sjaakie,

That's the one. If you look closely you'll see that its actually a 4+4 that you can seperate. Though just keep them together and plug it right into the motherboard.

My psu (corsair rm750e) just came in today and I was trying to hook it up with my Gigabyte 650mk motherboard and was looking for the cpu power connector. All I could find was an Atx 12v 8 pin and had a couple of questions:

Is this connector the cpu power connector?

and, if it is, do I need to buy a 4+4 pin cable or can I use my 8 pin cords that came with my psu?

Thanks in advance
