Fan.

Components should work together.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

the 13600KF is basically the same Performance in gaming as the Ryzen 7600X and you would not invest in a dead platform. And its cheaper

i would recommend an air cooler not an AiO, same some money for the important stuff GPU and CPU... But if you really want an AiO the Arctic Liquid Freezer II series is my favorite, but for a build like your i would spend the money on the important stuff... maybe you could even fit a 4070Ti in the budget odr a RX 7800XT

here is probably the best i can do under your budget, but you could also change the nvidea 4070Ti for a AMD 7800XT and safe some money if you want (+ the AMD card has more vram which might be handy in the future)

SO Nvidea:

  • That case is a pretty good deal for good airflow, RGB, and USB-C on the front.
  • The motherboard is a total steal for a good board with bluetooth, wifi, and frontal USB-C.
  • The cooler is the deepcool AG400, so it'll match up nicely with the fans on that case, but coolermaster 212 spectrum v3 is 5 bucks less and they're about the same for cooling performance.
  • The PSU is overkill but the rest of this system can go with a faster GPU, so it'll be good for an upgrade.  It was a better deal than weaker PSUs and it has the PCIe 5.0 connector.  The 4070 does not need this connecter, so if you wanna save $45 this one is also a great PSU for what you need: EVGA 700 GD 700 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply (100-GD-0700-V1) - PCPartPicker (modular vs. non-modular doesn't really matter anymore since PSU shrouds run the whole length of the case, and people don't use HDDs anymore, so there's plenty of space under the case hidden from view for extra cables).
  • You've got $100 to spend on games 🙂

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.
