Fine tune parts advice

Case: Corsair 900D

MB: Asus Crosshair V Formula Z

CPU: AMD 9370

Cooler: NZXT Kraken X60

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 1600 8Gb

PSU: NZXT Hale90 V2 850W

GPU: XFX DD7970 Black Edition

Screen: Acer 20"

HDD: (2) Corsair Neutron GTX 120gb in RAID 0

 

So here is where I need your advice. What would you change if you could? I was thinking of changing my memory to 16gb of Kingston Hyper X 2400 or Gskill Trident 16gb 240, or possibly a new GPU, but which one for around $300, but would that be significantly better then I already have? I look forward to you comments thanks.

Get some 4tb hard drives in RAID 1... maybe an r9 290...

eh, 300 bucks might be able to get you another card

 

hows your storage? only the two ssds or do you have a nas too?

 

 

 

 

EDIT: 300 bucks could do a korean 2560x1440 monitor

I currently have a NAS with 6gb usable on RAID 6, so I dont need harddrives. 

And as far as my 300 budget that could be increased if I knew what to save for, 

1. a new GPU

2. another 7970 and run dual cards

3. Better RAM

 

Give me some Ideas please
