Someone please help me with windows 7 download

Hoaxe72

I have been trying for ages, ages 馃槶. I need help, Ive got a Lenovo G50-80, and I got so close with finally having windows 7 downloaded, but it seems I need to put it on a dvd when I should be able to boot and setup from usb. I can鈥檛 launch windows 10 anymore so that鈥檚 a dead end, so I can鈥檛 download drivers or anything, do I just have to resign myself to buying a dvd?

If you already have Windows 7 downloaded you can just put it onto a USB drive with something like Rufus, and as long as the computer supports it you should be able to boot from it. That machine is quite a bit newer than Windows 7 though, so it might not have drivers available for everything. Windows 10 is better on that machine.聽

You do not need a DVD.

First, make sure your ISO Windows 7 image is Service Pack 1.

Then use https://rufus.ie/en/ to flash the ISO (make sure to select MBR).

Now you can use Gigabyte's tool to install USB drivers on the image.
