Hey. Because of first building my pc with radiator placements that fitted with a Gtx 670 when my Titan was sent back (rma, got Titan Black, back :D), anyway the Titan don't fit the top Pcie and have to be in the second pcie. But I only get 8x and I thought that I would get 16x when running only one card?  Sorry for my bad English.

You will see virtually no difference between 16/8x PCIE 3.0.

its because the second slot is only x8 electrically, in a x16 physical slot :) and as Recon said, there is no difference

if you look at the connector itself, you will see only half of the pins are actually populated
