And also 12600k(f) over the 13400 considering there are some dirt cheap z690 boards and also just the higher stock boost freq + not locked imc volt if not going for a z690 board

Well seeing as you don't list what case it is or provide any images showing how the airflow is actually set up how did you want us to answer that. I could take a wild shot in the dark and just say no if that's what you'd like to hear

Leave the side panel off and any case will have enough airflow for any parts!

 

Can you post a photo of the case, if you can't identify it?

Make sure you have something better than the stock intel cooler

 

And yeah thid case is restrictive af leave the side panel off and you're fine
