Hello how much fps would i get using a intel core i7-3770 and gtx 1650?

I'm upgrading from a rx 480 to gtx 1650 and i need to know if i will have good fps in fortnite

I'll just say no so you don't buy a lower end gpu for an 11 year old cpu and expect it to be an improvement

That's a downgrade and not an upgrade. 

GTX 1650 is about 20% slower than RX 480

well the thing is that i have pcie 2.0 and 3.0 so amd's gpus wont work

who told you that , bus interface has nothing to do with brand preference

PCIe is backwards compatible. If you plug PCIe 4.0 card into a PCIe 3.0 slot the card will just run at the 3.0 speed. 

 

If the slot is x16 it will not really matter at all as most GPUs can't saturate even the bandwidth of PCIe 3.0 x16... Maybe cards like RTX 4090 will care but that's way out of your budget. 

 

The limitation is also bad on low end cards that only have x4 or x8 physical lanes so something like RX 6500 XT for example will run significantly worse if you plug it into PCIe 3.0 slot because the card relies on the 4.0 bandwith from its 4 lanes but now has to run at 3.0 speed just from 4 lanes.

Then upgrade your platform first. Buying any better GPU than what you have now is just a waste of money.

the bus speed has nothing to do with the gpu speed.

No, 6500 XT runs terrible on PCI-e2.0/3.0.

 

What's wrong with your RX 480?

 

For fps improvement in Fortnite you need to upgrade the cpu. i3-12100 for example is a huge upgrade.

with the rx 480 i get like 120-140fps and i want like maybe 165 or 180fps

i also get alot of stutters on prefomance mode and on dx12 it doesn't work really good

The cpu is on it's limit. Upgrading the GPU is useless because the CPU is to slow to feed it with data.

Then upgrade the motherboard and RAM too. And maybe the PSU because it's must be 10 years old also.
