Is this needed 

 

I am trying to build a computer with a 6700xt and a 5600. 

 

PC picker is telling me I need it if I wanted to draw more power. 

 

If so what's a one I could get that's good. Under 100$ USD online

For 6700xt + 5600, 650W is fine but I suggest you to buy 750W in case you wanna do some upgrade in future. Plus recently everywhere is on BF promo, you can take a look at these two :
