Need help with GOXLR on LINUX POP OS

the utility keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I am also using pulse audio (pavucontol) to control my audio sources. I am baffled on what this issue is. it was working before and not working now for some reason. i need this software to run my streams. I attached the logs for quicker support
