TTArtisan 7.5mm Help

Using a Sony ZV E10 

TTArtisan 7.5/F2 Lens and I am having some struggles with three main things.

1 - Being the focus distance/ring, Suddenly It had gone almost dull / hard when trying to slide it to infinity, and I still cant fully get it to focus.

2 - My hood range is spinning, literally like a beyblade…

It moves up and down so I have used black eletrical tape to hold it in place. Is something inbetween inside supposed to hold it in place? 
3 - The lens also moves a bit when locked into mount, a small amount to notice

 

If someone could help me out, I would still like to use the lens, I have small tech screwdrivers can use at home as well
