What is this cable from Corsair case?

Hey I'm building a PC using Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB Case and MSI Z790 EDGE WIFI motherboard. This cable comes out from the case but idk where it should plug into the motherboard.

I tried putting it in JUSB4 but it won't go in. Any help?

Its for USB C. JUSB4 is the correct header for it.

That's the USB 3.1 Type C internal connector for the USB Type C on the front of the case. 

 

Try rotating the connector but should be identical pin layout and it's for that port.
