Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation

This is really driving me nuts. It comes and goes. It could happen totally randomly or when I click on a new video. It seems after a driver update it will stop. Then it can come back with the next update. Currently in an on cycle and ready to smash my computer.

All latest drivers and bios installed.
