Which AiO should I get?

Well, the good news is that mostly have RGB on water block and fans except for  Arctic Liquid Freezer (not even a single RGB at all)

And note on list below:

be Quiet -> RGB only on pump block, not on fans

MSI -> IPS display on pump block (technically some colours, but not traditional RGB), no RGB on fans

Since your CPU is not the most demanding, technically you don't really need the best cooling performance AIO, but in the end, just enjoy on your purchase

I'm in search of an AiO cooler for my Intel Core i5-13600KF processor, and my budget is approximately $120. I was considering the Cooler Master MasterLiquid 360L Core, but I'm uncertain about its performance and suitability for my needs. I'll use the PC mainly for gaming.

This CPU is not that demanding for cooling, and you can only unlocked for full OC if paired with Z790 series motherboard which will need a good cooling

So, Cooler Master MasterLiquid 360 is a bit overkill for your CPU

But, if running AIO 360 is your dream setup, I would recommend Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 or Be Quiet! Silent Loop 2 360

It is a really great performing AIO cooler with the quietest sound compared to majority well-known brand

I share der8auer YouTube review for reference

If you're looking for quiet, these are indeed good choices. If you're looking for performance, especially so it'll handle hotter CPUs in the future,  there are several other AIOs.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂
