A few days ago, I changed the cooler on my ryzen 5 5600x from the stock cooler to a deepcool AK620.  Upon starting up my pc my clockspeed went from stock (i never oc'd), to being capped at 0.52 max at 100% utilization.  The temps are completely fine in every app i check, no higher than 30 degreee.  Side note, HW Monitor says the same thing and the pc infact feels like its running at half a ghz.  Ive messed with bios settings, tried to enable, pbo, cmos reset a few times, nothing.  So im really not sure why im having these problems and I was hoping I could find some help.  Thanks.

I mean that may sound stupid, but you changed one thing, then other thing started to behave weird...

Change it back to your old stock cooler? and don't forget to apply new thermal paste!

The direction tells you... the direction

Yes but id also rather not have wasted $70 on the cooler.  Was upgrading for a reason lol

If you have Ryzen Master installed, uninstall it and clear your cmos.
