Desktop crashing on load at random time

Hello everyone,

 

I have a bench with a core i5 13400 and a Rtx 3070 with a 850w PSU my problem is that the computer crashes( or at least restart by his own like if we pressed the reset button) it happens most of the time on game like war thunder, world of warship and far cry ( I’m surprise by the two first one but not by the last).Something interesting too it doesn’t crash with RDR2 in full and the temperatures don’t rise above 55°C even on load (stress tests have been made). So why does it crash/reboot? A mobo issue ? A PSU one or GPU? I’m lost I never seen that kind of issue before.
