Ryzen 5 5600x RAM Speeds.

I am planning to get a Ryzen 5 5600x but I am not sure if 3600Mhz Corsair Vengeance RAM kit will work with it or if I will have to get a 3200Mhz Corsair Vengeance RAM kit instead.

3600 is pretty reliable to work on Ryzen 5000, though Corsair Vengeance kits are somewhat known to have issues and should probably be avoided unless they're really cheap.

I've been using a 2x16GB 3600MHz CL16 kit (G.Skill Ripjaws V) with my 5600X + MSI B550 Tomahawk with no issues ever since I got them almost three years ago.
