Same specs diffrent usage in cpu gpu\

I have a i5 11600k rtx 3070 16 gb ram and when i look and benchmarks of others the gpu gets to 80% works but when its on mine my cpu works more then the gpu in the same game

I presume you are watching random youtube videos with unknown system configurations and comparing them to yours?

Yeah i guess so but there was always a diffrent on the video the videocard worked more then the cpu and when i playing the same my cpu is doing more then my gpu
Video: 30-40% cpu 60-80% gpu
On my own pc: 40-50% cpu  20-30% gpu

These numbers are virtually meaningless without any form of context.

 

Which game are you looking at, which resolution and other settings? Did you use the same settings as were used in the video? What about system memory, are you using the same memory configuration as in the video, same OS version, same driver versions and so on.

 

GPU usage around 20-30% suggests you're being CPU limited. So presumably you're running at low resolution. Try increasing resolution and details to give the GPU more to do.

my cpu performs *better* in benchmarks than it should according to "benchmarks"... it happens!

60-80% actually heavily implies a cpu bottleneck as rarely (basically never) all cores are used equally.
