If you have a well balanced diet, you shouldn't need to take probiotic supplements. Go eat some yogurt or something.

heck, if  you dont eat a wellbalanced diet, probiotic supplements are...worthless. Because your gut biome DEPENDS on  what you eat. It doesnt matter what you put in there, if it doesnt survive on what you give it, it will die.
