The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.

@Dizzy_ more context on build would be helpful, for example you choose motherboard with WIFI for the WIFI or other features? since it's like 100$ extra for features you might not even need

If you are going to have a ATX motherboard, I think I'd get one without WiFi, and just have a PCIE expansion card for WiFi.   Standards are changing really quick, WiFi 7 is out now and most people haven't even got around to upgrading to WiFi 6e.

The CPU cooler will limit performance. There are better and less expensive alternatives.

Consider a less expensive motherboard.

Consider a less expensive memory kit with slightly better timings.

Consider a case that doesn't need more fans.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

I actually have that mobo lying around, that's why I added it, I figured why not save 100-200$ and use something that is brand new and unopened.

It would mainly be for gaming, things like rdr2, fivem, fortnite, other indie games that shouldn't take up to much of my GPU usage, I did just upgrade by other PC to a 6750 XT from a 980 TI and its honestly performing worse than my old GPU. (Hence why I went with a 4070) I also mentioned that I already have that mobo lying around so thats why i was going to use it.
