Looking for the best 1440p 27inch 240hz monitor on the market.

Looking for the best 1440p monitor that’s not OLED. I play games and photo/video editing so the color gamut has to be wide. My budget is 1.300€ or $1.400 usd. Im not interested in OLED’s since they get burned and it’s not suitable for me.

Have you considered 32" 1440p?

 

Which monitor are you using? Which graphics card and the rest of the system?

If colour gamut is important wouldn't a nano ips display be the way to go , I don't know if 240HZ is viable with nano ips but 180hz is definately out there.

 

What about the LG 27" 27GP850P-B 2560x1440 NANO IPS 180Hz 1ms FreeSync/G-Sync Compatible Widescreen Gaming Monitor? 

 

It has the colour gamut that the ROG mentioned above does not.

 

Contrast ratio sucks but you won't get good contrast and colour gamut unless you go OLED or QLED.

CPU : Ryzen 7 7800X3D @ -18mv all core except -13mv on Core 5 because its a pig.

CPU Cooler : Deepcool AK620 Zero Dark

Mobo : MSI B650M-A Wifi MATX

Ram : 32GB (2X16GB) Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHZ CL34

GPU : Reference Design RX7900XT sold by Saphire running at 1050MV undervolt and +15% PL (355w)

32inch is just too big for me. Currently I have aw2721d and rtx 4080 with i9 13900k 64gb ram 6400mhz.

Currently i have aw2721d so going to the LG 27" 27GP850P-B probably wouldn’t be an upgrade. What about QLED’s do they burn in?

Unfortunately yes but at the budget you have why not just buy a QLED now and if in a few years it's done buy another one? 

 

You have the money for it obviously so just deal with the problem if it arrives.

Have you calibrated the monitor you have? Maybe you need a 100-500 USD monitor calibration tool, not an entirely new screen.

98% DCI-P3 with less than 2 deltaE. What do you need? sRGB, REC2020?

Sorry for late response but are they actually effective and worth it? If so do you have any recommendations and how hard is it to calibrate the monitor?
