Hello guys I have problem with my 6750xt msi v

 

it worked fine then suddenly turn off never works again 

 

when I put it inside freezer(fridge) for 6 h it work for 3-2 h with no problem.

 

also itry to use air fryer in 200c for 10 also work for 1-2 h.

 

is there a way to fix it if not should I just buy 6800xt ?

 

iknow 7800xt is better but take longer shipping time 

6800xt in 2 days.

Why did you freeze it then bake it?

What is the card doing? Just not working doesn't give anything to go off of. Any lights come on? Any fans come up? RGB light up, but no display? 

What CPU do you have?

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

Stop killing your card please freezing adds moisture and now it can short.

 

Baking ruins solder joints and can crack it.

 

So please stop using bullshit "fixes"

It been 1month without pc for me it like eternity that way try new thing.

the fan is working,vga led and no post

and yes for the waiting if whole month or 2 with out the pc for me I’m a med student I only have 1-2 to relax a day and use the pc for that reason with 1 fully weekend to enjoy and avoid burn out.

 

but the unstable of the card and the wasting time cost far more then a new one

You can just buy a older used one and still play whilst you wait. A 8gb rx580 is cheap and still does all games 1080p 60fps

At this point it doesn't matter what the original problem was and there's no point for anyone to suggest anything because there's a very good chance you've made things worse or created new problems with your shenanigans. 

 

Since money is apparently no object to you (already living the rich doctor lifestyle I guess) and all that matters is just having a card to use as soon as possible, blow the money on the 6800 XT I guess. It's slightly better than the card you had and you don't have to wait for it like you would the 7800 XT. 

 

If I were MSI and I knew what you'd done I would deny your warranty claim now. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Nah I leave in different country so it is international warranty so I can’t just handle them over and I have to pay import fee as well so the cost and waiting not a option at all I will ended up pay near the card money so it mush easier to buy new thing with local warranty

You didn't buy it from local MSI / Local MSI Distributor ?

 

But yeah, what you did basically now made us have zero idea what might be the problem, since we don't know what other thing that might've happened to the card due to the freezing and baking.

 

If there is tech repair shop nearby, may as well bring it there so they can take a look.

Resorting to invasive / destructive method only when all possible non-destructive, non-invasive methods have been tried to no avail. But usually this too started with asking for advice and opinions, at least on how to do it less destructively.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. I would put it into a ultrasonic cleaner and resolder/reball every component after that(god knows how ruined the are now).
