Vintage tv issue. It is an admiral 14yp3c and I finished recapping and went back over but only get this.

similar result there is also a slight rumble in the audio

What was it doing before the recap? Hard to tell from the photo but it looks like vertical linearity is way off

i did not test before recapp as it has paper capacitors in it and did not want anythung shorting out. also i believe i am havign issues with vertical but there arent any controls for it.
