my mate needs help with origin

hi guys

my mate has this problem where he is offline in origin and when he clicks online nothing happens.

 

We have tried:

Reinstall

reconnect

restart

 

we dont know what else to do

any ideas?

Have you tried connecting to the internet?

What he means is "i don't know what to put here"

 

 

Does it say anything when after you try to click the "online" button?
