I had a hard drive fail recently just a month outside the five year warrant. Go figure!  So I had to open her up to extract it.

Its clear that I need to do some cleaning since its been about two years. Are any suggestions on making things a bit more tidy? Its the 4000d airflow case. I have the four corsair LL120 fans and the evga aio and its fans that came with it. As far as drives go. I have the two nvme(windows and storage) and two ssd(Fedora and backup to my old backup).

I thought about getting different fans but maybe I'll just keep them and replace the aio ones.

Also the power cable going to the graphics card drives me nuts because it blocks some of the rgb.

Thanks in advance.

Dust seems fine for 2 years. Is that just the camera or is the poor card sagging a bit?

Get a Slurpee straw next time you go to Sev and trim it to size 👌

I prefer plastic straws... but the turtles dont.

If it's a modular psu then unhook unused cables, if not then shove them under the motherboard tray an in unused HDD space, that's what I did with my build at home

Agreed, BUT if you do that take a piece of masking tape and write down on the tape what psu model the lines were from so you dont mix them up with other lines and blow up things years later. Id say put them back in the box they came in and store them BUT if youve already thrown it out or you have a wife that like to throw away "junk" they may get tossed like that. Either way, def mark them!

As far as your question goes OP, cable management is really dynamic and tied to which case, which parts and how theyre run thru it. Its hard for us to give you much help on this and theres def no silver bullet for it.

Yeah.  I'll probably upgrade it soon.

Speaking of this AIO, pcpartpicker had a note on it"Note: The EVGA CLC 280 113.5 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard."  Any idea what they are talking about?
