High ram usage

So I have 16gb of ram. After my computer is on for about 5 days the ram usage is at 98-99% even though I am not running very many programs. I've heard it is possible to have a memory leak. So I have downloaded ram map and it says there is high usage coming from mapped files.

Take a screen capture of the task manager tabs.

Have you tried leaving it of for a week with no programs running?

What programs are you using?

Seems like you have a lot of programs installed that run at start up.

@dalearny, are you sure windows uses the 16GB and not like 4 or something?
