As far as I can tell, no, the performance uplift is about the same on both.

As for whether you can enable it, the answer is yes:

Rebar is an Nvidia thing, but it don't have nearly the impact SAM does with Radeon.

Not true. SAM is just the marketing name for resizeable BAR, there's no "special sauce" that AMD implemented when created it. AMD's architecture was just designed around the use of ReBAR, therefore it has a bit higher performance scaling than Nvidia's cards.

If you want proof of this, look at Arc, it's an architecture designed exclusively around ReBAR, and when you disable it performance tanks. AMD's architecture is just in the middle, where you get a decent performance uplift by enabling it (5-10% on average, sometimes higher), but still very good and usable performance without.

As far as i know... rebar "works" for all the connected graphics card that supports it. AMD, nVidia, Intel.

Not a thing for iGPUs

Not English-speaking person, sorry, I'll make mistakes. If you're kind, maybe you'll be able to understand.

If you're really kind, you'll nicely point that out so I will learn more about write in good English.  🙂
